Click <a target="_self" href="http://www.backseatbudgeter.com/Budgets/Colorado2011/default.aspx#BallotMeasures" title="See Prop 103">here</a> to see how the proposition would increase income, corporate and sales taxes in order to provide about $500 million for education in the first year. Ultimately the legislature and governor would decide how the new revenue would be divided among K12 and higher ed.
